Using our ‘Register’ form or sharing your details via ‘DONATE’
We collect and process the following information if you use our ‘Register’ form:

  • your name

  • your email address.

If you share your details with us via ‘DONATE’ we will also receive – in addition to the amount and means of donation (web/SMS) – the following data, if you chose to share it with DONATE:

  • your age

  • your gender

  • your mobile phone number

  • the tax rate that you declared if you ‘gift aided’ your donation.

We do not receive any other payment details.

Our legal basis for processing the data is consent: you are invited to consent to us processing your data so that we can keep you informed about our charity. You can withdraw your consent by unsubscribing from our mailing lists at any time.

Your information is processed and stored securely, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will store your personal details as follows:

If you shared your personal data through our ‘Register’ form, we will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent, and will store your data for a period of one year following withdrawal of consent at which point it will be securely deleted.
