(5.4) Photography and video
We may use photographs and video footage on our website, social media channels, and in other publications to support our charitable purposes. If we feature you — or your child — in any such content, we will always obtain your prior written consent (or, in the case of a person under 18, the consent of a parent or guardian) before doing so.
Our consent forms will clearly set out:
what the footage or images will be used for
where they will be published
how long they will be retained
your right to withdraw consent, and the practical implications of doing so.
Please note that once content has been published online it may not always be possible to remove all copies (for example where content has been shared by others). We will, however, take all reasonable steps to remove content from our own channels promptly on receipt of a withdrawal of consent.

| Photography and video (adults) | Consent | Written consent obtained before publication |
| Photography and video (under 18s) | Explicit parental / guardian consent | Written consent obtained from parent/guardian before publication |
(7) How we store and retain your personal information:

(8) International data transfers
Some of the tools and platforms we use to manage communications and our website may transfer data outside the UK (for example, ‘Squarespace’ that hosts our website may store data on US-based servers). Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR, such as the use of the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision.
